Design & Systems Thinking
Token-based component systems built for real handoff — structured for cross-platform consistency and designed to be something development teams can actually work from.
Freelance Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) with 15+ years of experience. I create brand-specific digital experiences that turn complex challenges into intuitive solutions.
Drop me a lineExpertise
For over 15 years, I've worked both with digital agencies — including Jung von Matt, DDB, and Serviceplan — and directly with brands including Volkswagen, tesa, and Domino's.
Brand and product are usually handled by different people. I work where they meet: visual identity and interface logic as one system, from concept through to development handoff.
AI tools are an increasingly central part of how I work — across research, prototyping, and documentation. I use Claude Code, Figma AI, and CLI automation to run tighter iteration cycles and keep design and development in closer sync. I'm currently exploring how design systems can be structured to work reliably with AI-generated output.

Complex interfaces, information-heavy layouts, and ambiguous briefs — structured into clear, functional design solutions. The goal isn't simplification for its own sake, but finding the structure that makes the right things obvious.
Research, concepting, component work, documentation — AI tools increasingly woven into each phase to run more parallel tracks and shorten feedback cycles without cutting corners.
Interaction design and iterative testing: functional, accessible interfaces grounded in user needs, with decisions made visible in prototypes before they become expensive in code.
Art direction, typography, motion — brand-specific visual language built to hold up across digital touchpoints, from style guide to production.
